This system will convert your Word or Excel Doc to PDF for you. 

If it does not format correctly, change your original document until the PDF formats correctly.

ONLY ONE DOCUMENT PER ORDER (unless your intention is to combine the documents, or you are ordering the same specs for all your documents)

“It’s so nice! It makes things so much easier. The newest changes are quite helpful…with only a small learning curve. The print shop crew is awesome!  Being able to order ahead and have the orders held is great. It definitely helps with filing and storage. At this point, I have almost all of the Fall printing (summer orders) done for our grade level and some assessment pieces done for us and some others. Having the printing orders saved is a huge time saver. Instead of having to search for master copies and get them prepared, being able to go in and find the previous orders and resubmit or make changes as necessary and submit makes it so easy.  With the newest changes, I haven’t had to restart an order because I chose simple instead of advanced. Lol I also appreciate being able to do color copies, and have so many options for folding, cutting, and binding.  Not only have there been timely responses to questions when help has been needed, but the turn-around time with orders is amazing! “I’ll be honest, it's a little more work to make sure everything is converted into PDF & uploaded, but I didn't realize that the documents would be saved & I could access them next year, making it way easier to print in the future. I'm looking forward to next fall when I can just click and print. I think this new program is more intuitive--I have never had a mistake from the Print Shop, everything comes well organized, and there are a lot more services like folding and cutting that can save me time. You also have a super-fast turnaround time--I have been really impressed. I send the Print Shop my standard documents--the things I know I'm going to use that unit--and then print an occasional supplement or add in here at Wa-Hi. Also, it wasn't until I looked at my order history that I have ever seen the price of my copies....and how it can add up. While it still costs the District …if it can save Wa-Hi some cash, it's something I can do to help.
